I have loved living at Tramor Oak Run for the last six years! It's close to everything - south Austin food trucks and coffee shops, down-town Austin, Lady Bird Lake. It's conveniently located near Ben White which makes traveling easy. The property is well maintained and tree lined with a green space running through the middle that's great for dog walks!
I lived at Tramor at Oak Run for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it! The community is filled with so many kind people and sweet cats to greet you on your walks through the greenbelt that goes through the property. The properties greenery and wonderful neighbors gives the property a feel of an adult summer camp! The front office staff is super helpful and full of sweeties!
Tramor Oak Run has been my home for 11 years! I highly recommend this place. The office staff, maintenence, pest control, and lawn care team all are very friendly and highly responsive to any concerns. The complex is unique in that it is like coming home to a resort or campground with all the tall beautiful trees. The units are not cookie cutter, there are a mix of various types of dwellings including mine
